Friday Man vs. Food Tailgaiting recipe

Everyday this week (it being Super Bowl week) we’ve been giving away a $100 check card for your best tailgaiting recipe, compliments of Man v. Food on Travel Channel (Adam Richman is my hero!).  Thanks to everyone who has sent us their favorite football food.  So far we’ve hit up appetizers, regular pizza, a candy bar pizza, the kabab but   today let’s finish it off with something you may actually want to start with…a VERY serious dip (and by serious I mean the recipe calls for 6 -8 cups of cheeeeese)!

Thanks to Katie Jacyna for her Chicken Enchilada Dip which is as follows:

Chicken Enchilada Dip

1 banana pepper

1 onion

¼ cup of chopped up nacho jalapenos

1 red bell pepper

1 yellow/green/or orange bell pepper

1~2 packages pre cooked diced chicken

1 family can of cream of mushroom soup

1 lrg sour cream

6-8 cups of monetary jack cheese

Combine all and cook in oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, serve with tortilla chips!
